Yani Barripbarripuyt means "go to the sea." It is a three kilometre boulevard connecting the Shrine of Remembrance to Port Phillip Bay, transforming a key corridor on Bunurong Country into a greener, more walkable public space. Native meadows, improved pedestrian and cycling access, and new public seating sit alongside First Nations stories and relationships with Country woven through the design.

Winsor Kerr brings cultural advisory to the project, ensuring Bunurong connections to land and water are meaningfully embedded. That input guides plant selection, interpretation, and spatial gestures that reflect kinship, custodianship, and non-human relations, so the boulevard reads as a cultural landscape.
